Wondering if any body else has this sort of cramping pain in their thighs. I started getting it a few days ago or so. Its something ive never really had before.
It feels like cramping pain and tightness. Sometimes it will extend up into my pelvic and hip bone. I been getting these weird spasms there as well. Its just really uncomfortable and makes me sorta limp when i walk.
Anybody else get this? Is it specific to a certain infection...babs, bart etc?

i get the pelvic and hip bone stuff and tightness in that area in general. from my pelvis down is tight.
does your hamstring and quads feel tight? Maybe stretching would help?
when was your latest blood panel run. I think if potassium is low it can cause cramping.
sorry i couldnt help more.

Joe, I've noticed this sporadically with my left hip. It seems to flare and disappear pretty quickly when it happens. It feels more like a joint cramp than anything else but I suspect it's Lyme related.

I should mention its mostly in the front of my thighs. It usually will start right above my knees and works its way up the entire thigh and into my groin area.
Sometimes it will also affect my knee. Its been most in my right thigh although it has moved to the left side when it gets real bad.

I use to get that too. after a few months of treating for Babesea, my thighs don't hurt as much. My LLMD says that Babs can cause a lot of muscle pains in the large muscles of you legs (thighs, hamstrings, butt).
But I still get the hip pain, which sometimes gets bad enough that I have to kind of learch along....but it doesnt last very long, thank goodness
