How is it possible to tell if you have C-diff. NO diarreah or fever just extremem cramping and bloating for 5-6 days now. Was on biaxin and riampfrin (something like that) and the yeast went to town. Taking nystatin and diflucan now, but yeast still comes back to tounge. Taking all the right stuff, probiotics, lots of yogurt, soups, gut restorers, but still cannot rid of this. Also have pretty tired.

C. diff usually presents as lots of smelly diarrhea. It has a unique order. Severe abdominal cramping accompanies the diarrhea.
Unfortunately, I had it for 11 months.

I should add that you can ask your doctor to test you for C. diff. This requires a stool sample to go to the lab.
I'd only do that if you want to ease your mind about whether or not you have it. It is unlikely that you have it unless you have smelly diarrhea.

bcox,
the cramping and bloating could def. be from the yeast. C-diff =smelly runs.
