Yeasted up bad, taking nystatin and diflucan and tons of probiotics. Bloating, pains left,right,side. Burning is better, soreness and just cramping type feeling. Been about a week now with the antifungal meds. Really tired too. Sound familiar? Yeast really was hard getting off tounge, still lingers.

Eat fresh fruits and veggies. If you are afraid of sugar in fruit, eat the berries and cherries. They are low sugar fruits. I cleared my yeast eating all kinds of fruit. The bromalain in Pineapple is very good for the gut.

Make fermented cabbage juice.

Quote:::

Cultured Cabbage Juice by Chris Gupta

To implant friendly lactobacteria in the colon and heal damaged mucus membranes of the G.I. tract, you need to drink about 1 and 1/2 cups daily. Here is how to make it.

Fill blender with chopped green cabbage and add distilled water until about 2/3 full. (Do not use well water or tap water). Beat at high speed in the blender for one minute. Pour mixture into bowl and repeat with two more batches. Cover with Saran wrap or similar material and let stand at room temperature.

After 3 days, the cabbage juice solution is ready to use. Strain the mixture to separate the liquid from the pulp. Place the cultured cabbage juice in refrigerator. Drink 1/2 cup of this solution diluted with an equal part of water 2 or 3 times each day. When the supply gets low, make second batch just like the first one, except add 1/2 cup of the juice from the first batch to the second batch. This batch will be ready in just 24 hours since the starter greatly speeds the process.

This process may be repeated indefinitely. Each serving contains several billion friendly lactobacteria. The lactic acid in the culture cabbage juice will purify the G.I. tract and kill most strains of fungi, parasites, and other pathogens. You should drink this mixture until your stools float in the toilet bowl and are odor free. When that happens, you may lower your dosage to one serving per day for maintenance.

END QUOTE::::

Nature's Sunshine makes a product called Silver Shield. It is silver diluted down to such a small amount there is virtually no toxicity left. Their claim....not mine. It is tasteless and excellent against yeast. That I can vouch for.

Here is a website about it. I don't know these people and I don't buy from them. I have a local dealer and as a member, I can just order direct from the company and save money.

Hope some of these suggestions are helpful to you.

I had "Crohn's Disease" as a result of tick-born infection. It is unknown whether the Lyme caused it, or Bartonella or something else. Whatever it is, is bacterial and responds to antibiotics of various types.

Virginia T. Sherr wrote an article worth reading. Do a search online for "Palsy Of The Gut" -- and you'll find it fast.

I've been getting these results by eating a can of saurkraut, along with a couple of tablespoons of sesame tahini, every other day or so. My stools often float; they usually have zero odor; but I still feel lousy.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi tailz

First let me say, I haven't tried the cabbage drink yet, though I am going to. I am no longer having any yeast issues but certainly want to keep my gut healthy, wealthy and wise. :-)

I can only guess why you continue to feel lousy. Still have the bugs for sure. Clearing yeast and healing the gut is just one step of many we have to make to try to get back to a state of health.

When you feel lousy, is it crushing fatigue? I seem to remember you have bad reactions to emfs. That would be different from fatigue. I'm sure you have addressed emfs thoroughly.

Have you looked at websites of other illnesses that match your symptoms? Could it be that somethings they do for relief would also bring relief to you?

I recommend the Whole Approach anti-candida protocol, now and after you've finished your antifungal meds. My husband and I are both on antibiotic regimens, and this has helped us both. Kolorex capsules are helpful too. For tongue scuzz, break up that biofilm with Biotene mouthwash, and your anti-candida efforts will be all the more effective. Biotene is available in good drug stores. Plus Kolorex has a "tea" for oral candida that tastes pretty decent if you like herbal teas. Go to:
