Does anyone know where I can find more detailed info online on abx combinations and doses for lyme?
We only have the Burrascano guidelines, which aren't very detailed on combination doses.
It outlines the single abx doses, but we are not sure if we are supposed to combine these doses or not.

So much depends on the individual patient and what infections are involved.
Yes, combinations are usually used (or an herbal supplement may be used to help the effectiveness). And, at some point anti-cyst medicine is usually used (flagyl is the main one).
