Looks good to me, too.

Will you continue treating until you're symptom-free?

Gvm,

Hope this works well for you.

I did not see ProBiotics or EFAs/Omega oils on the list.

I'm not up on the abx plans, but wonder if your doctor has suggested some liver support. I know milk thistle and meprom don't mix, but warm baths, massage, gentle movement . . . all can help the liver move stuff through. All the veggies, too, help there. And, of course, lots of water.

As for the no/low carbs, you need to still be sure to keep a steady blood glucose level. Too often people try this and drop like flies. So, keep veggies around and with you all the time. Protein with each meal will also help, as will good oils with each meal.

Nuts are a good treat and great for a first breakfast.

Some need to eat some grain and quinoa (keen- wa) has a very good amino acid content and seems to the the least starchy of all the non-gluten grains. It's quick and easy and the RED quinoa in a box from Ancient -- something - requires no rinsing as does the regular, lighter quinoa (very fine mesh strainer required as it's a very tiny grain).

Legumes, too, have good protein and mineral mix and can help keep blood sugar at stable levels.

you can add dill weed to the yogurt and a drop of stevia for a nice veggie dip.

you can mix it with spinach and nutmeg

you can add a drop of stevia and vanilla/ cinnamon.

Stevia Clear by Sweet Leaf is my favorite. You can get granules, but they seem more odd. This is not classified as a sweetener due to FDA red tape, you'll find it the supplement section of you health grocery or on the web. - Just a drop - or one little packet will last two weeks.

Good luck.
