I have had a lot of problems with ear pain and feeling as if the glands in my neck are swollen.

Thoughts that come to mind are...
Fungal sinus infection
Congested lymph nodes in the neck
I also had some ear pain with a dental infection. How are your teeth doing?
I'd try some manual lymph drainage therapy, and keep going with the fungal treatment.
Have you tried neem for fungal infections? It helped me quite a bit when other things didn't seem to be working.
Good luck with this.
