Yeah I've thought about Co's also... I was tested for them last year...but came back negative.I know that doesn't mean that much...
My symptoms basically are head pressure, flu like feeling, fatigue, anxiety/ mild depression...

Consider Bartonella then, or BLO (Bartonella-like-organism). They are two different things, but can cause similar symptoms. You may, or may not have it, but it's so extremely common, and so often overlooked.
A 1 week backslide from Lyme Disease is "too fast" given the rate at which Lyme Disease reproduces.
Testing is obviously pathetic at best for BLO, though Fry labs is successful at present in finding cases through their blood smear.
Drugs that shouldn't work on you, but do, would be Levaquin or Bactrim.
If either of those are used, and you notice drastic improvements within weeks, you know the BLO is a potential threat, because neither respond to Lyme Disease at all. Unfortunately these medications aren't exactly human-friendly. They are rough drugs.
