Is an enlarged spleen common with lyme and its co infections?

My spleen was enlarged for months. My last doctor's visit suggested that the spleen no longer felt enlarged. I was having some pain in that area off and on also.

I believe one of the co-infections can enlarge the spleen, maybe babesia. It's also possible that a virus could be going unchecked like EBV because your body is busy fighting Lyme.
