The probiotic Threelac (not theralac) worked wonders for me. In less than 2 weeks, the white on my tongue is nearly gone and I feel better overall.

I started with 2 packets twice a day and increased to 3 packets twice a day about 5 days later. It does not just control the yeast, it kills it at the root.

The best part about it is you do not need to go on the anti-candida diet if you take it regularly.

Theralac, Ultra Flora, and Saccharomyces Boulardii.

Coconut oil. Garlic.

Nystatin.

So far, I have not had a candida problem. I eat a lot of coconut oil.

THERAlac is my alltime favorite. I can tell a huge difference when taking it.

You can take all the Diflucan and Nystatin in the world, but if you're not following the diet it's not going to work the way it should.

So basically, I follow the diet and take Theralac.

A lot of probiotics
Olive Leaf Extract
Apple Cider Vinegar

NO SUGAR DIET, and a proper low yeast diet

You can take all the meds/herbs in the world and you won't kill systemic yeast unless you have a clean diet

Ewww, a spoonful? I use it instead of butter ... on toast, veggies, popcorn, etc. It's great mixed 50/50 with butter, sea salt, and liquid aminos on air popped popcorn ... of course, if you have a yeast problem, popcorn might not be a good idea. [Wink]

So my small intestine doesn't know how to digest fats or animal protein....could be a yeast thing (what a vicious cycle this is...)...but it forces me to eat a super high carb diet (im on a 2500 calorie weight gain diet)...I don't want to take over this thread, but I'm wondering...could that feed the yeast, even though it's all pretty high fiber and sugar free (besides a little fructose)? I have to eat the same exact thing everyday so it's hard to vary it at all....but I'd take suggestions...

I take:

Renew Life 50 Billion - 10 strain 1x a day probiotic at bed
IFlora Professional strength 20 billion - 15 strain 2x a day probiotics

Fungal Defense - 3 x a day, but you can use up to 6 x a day

which is blend (475 mg per caplet) of oregano, basil, lemongrass, olive leaf & cinnomon bark and also includes : Protease - 20,000 HUT
Cellulase 20,000 CU
Garlic Juice & yucca juice 125 mg
PER CAPLET

LOW SUGAR & CARBS really makes a difference, (at least for me)

LLMD (from Jackson nj) only suggested the iflora, nothing else. The rest I added on my own.

Really want to try theralac because i think you only take 1 pill a day. Do you think Theralac is better than Fungal Defense.??
