I finished writing my rebuttal letter to my insurance company. We will run out of money before my treatment is finished. I have to get this letter sent with facts, and also things that they will try to throw in my face, IDSA info, etc.
I need facts about Lyme, treatment success stories, that are going to make sense to the "suits" reading them, etc. Can you please do me the biggest favor of all and everyone include any link, article, etc. so I can try to fight the coverage of my care of an out of network dr., meds, etc. 28 days of I.V. might not be enough.
Please do what you can for me or I will feel like I will be sick forever, and either I will force myself to die or become a drug addict to ease the pain. I will not and can not live like this for years and years. I WILL GET BETTER. I HAVE A 2 YEAR OLD.
Please help me, as I am new to this find any info to send along with my letter to try and change their minds.
Thank you so very much. This would be the greatest favor you all have done for me, yet.
Please help, Nessa

There's a lot of information in it, which I'm sure you'll find very useful.
Good luck!

You may also want to consider if it would be useful to bring up the recent investigation into the IDSA conflict of interest. I doubt it would be useful but it's possible. http://www.ct.gov/AG/cwp/view.asp?a=2795&q=414284
You don't say what your problems are with the insurance company so I don't know exactly what you are trying to rebut but you could point out that lyme is a CLINICAL diagnosis - get info from the CDC website about that.
If you are looking for length of treatment issues, go over some of the studies that have been done. Look for ILADS interpretations of the studies.
