I've been to GNC a few times and I noticed that all of the electrolyte mixes are full of sugar.

Who knows what the exact reason is (reative hypoglycemia, yeast?), but I know for a fact sugar screws me up.

I found only one mix that was sugar free but it also didn't have any sodium which I think I need.

Anyone know of any mixes, perhaps available online, that contain everything I need without the sugar?

One more thing, I don't really care how it tastes

If it makes me feel good I'll drink it.

I was diagnosed with and treated for late stage Lyme in 1991 with 6 weeks of doxycycline. Initially felt better, but then developed health problems that last until today.

What my LLMD uses, no sugar, won't cause bromide toxicity like everything else, and penetrates cell walls.

Emergen-C's "Electro Mix" .. found at most health food stores.

Tastes fine! If you need a little salt, shake it in! [Razz]
