Hello!

Does anyone have experience with this supplement?
What is it used for?
How do you take it?
Does it make you feel sick?

I am taking it and it gives me a bad headache, stiff and grinding neck, weak legs. I don't know if it is the butyrate or something else.

I took butyrate last summer and it did not work well with me either. About a couple days after i started it i got terrible internal vibrating. It felt like there was a motor attached to my spine. Not fun at all.

I guess it could be a detox reaction since supposedly it binds toxins and ammonia and flushes them out. But, for me it was too sever and i had to stop it. Even after i stopped it took a week for the vibrating to stop.
