This started last night where it feels like my eyeballs are buzzing and moving on their own a bit...generally they just feel weird. Anyone have this? What is it? Thanks

Can you hear them move ?
Do they sort of bounce in reaction to sound?
If so, that might be a particular vestibular condition.
Otherwise, there are just a lot of very unique neuro symptoms that go with lyme/TBD and this is probably some sort of muscle contractions - just my guess based on my own experiences.
Nystagmus is common with lyme and with inner ear conditions. That is when the eyes move about, but there is also a condition that is more definitive, and it usually involves sound inside the head from the eyes moving. SCD is described below.
I've had this happen, but also have inner/middle ear stuff, too.
Eyes do react to inner ear and brain being over stimulated.
Magnesium and B-6 would be my first plan to see if that settles it down some.
Liver support to lessen toxins will help, too, but you are probably already doing that.

If you want more about that inner ear condition you can find it at www.scdssupport.org - It is called Superior Canal Dehiscence - but their web site is down for a few days.

I'm glad you don't seem to have what the guy in the video does as surgery would be very hard.
My eyes are not like his, but my ears are. Eyes can still move a bit with SCD - not everyone's bounce as much as his did. Still, there are many different things that can happen with the ears.
I had a CT done and it could be SCD but I'm supposed to go to Baltimore for more tests. I am not up to travel.
magnesium helps me the most. Ginger helps with vertigo.
But, ultimately, addressing the infection is what will help the most if it is not a structural thing.
I'm still figuring all that treatment stuff out.
Lyme can have some very harsh effects in regards to ears/vision/balance. Many who have had successful lyme/TBD tx report this gets much better.

I have it. My LLMD says it's def. Lyme related. Mine went away upon starting treatment, but then I ran out AND got rebitten at the same time and it came back..though not as often or severe as it was.
I describe it as my eyeballs "shaking" or vibrating back and forth. It's worse when I first try to lay down to sleep. Dawnee

LaLyme,
Your mailbox is full.

Ginger - capsules best as then your esophagus is not irritated. Best with some food.
Ginger tea (from a tea bag or fresh ginger) may be helpful but fresh ginger can burn if you chew on it.
Not too late in the day until you can see if it is stimulating for you.
