would people who are or have used these suppositories, Glutathione (with or without coffee) please tell which ones they have used and liked and didn't like.
I think it was Luvs who talked about it recently, but didn't give details. I have not followed the board much, so I may have missed some others mentioning these.

The doctor sold me these suppositories and they are part of a larger set, so no box to get the manufacturer's name from and nothing on the plastic seal.
I started the suppositories right before my tonsilectomy. I did not notice any big change one way or the other, but I am in such a good position today it is not likely I would have a big reaction.
Before the surgery, they always prompted a bowel movement. Since surgery, they have not and I have been able to absorb them completely without expelling them.
I had not had a bowel movement since the day before the surgery (Sunday). This is completely out of norm for me as I usually have at least 3 a day.
Nothing to eat after midnight on Sunday and didn't eat solid food again until Tuesday (yesterday) so that had some effect, plus the trauma of the surgery.
Since then though, I have eaten high fiber food and finally this morning took a regular suppository which promoted a small BM. Continue eating high fiber foods.
During the week of the surgery, she wants me to use a glut suppository daily to help detox the anthesia and the drugs.
Normally though, one suppository every 3 or 4 days. It works out to about $60. per month. Much cheaper than the IV and more convenient. She is 3 1/2 hrs away and I haven't found a dr in Roanoke willing to give the IVs.
My doctor said the suppositories are just as effective as the IV because they are absorbed through the intestinal wall lining.
That is the best I can report.

thanks so much for the information, but HOW do we get these?
When you are up to it, would you please post the information for how to purchase these - even if a doctor has to, I'd really like the contact details.
My ND says I need the gluthaione IVs but that is not an option for me. I so look forward to another way that is affordable.

You can google Glutathione Suppositories and a lot of websites come up with some of them selling the product.
In the several websites I found, none had as good a price. I get 15 for $60. I get it from my doctor and it has no manufacturer name or information, so I am sorry to be of no help there.
One website that sounded particularly good (translated just means they did a good job on their website) spoke of coffee enemas producing up to 700% more glutathione.
It wouldn't hurt to try one and see if it helps. I know thre are threads on lymenet talking about the coffee enemas and how they are done.

Thank you for the answers. I ordered some yesterday and should have them in a day or two. After testing them, I will let you know exactly -- content, price and whatever else is on the label.
My husband - since doing Bionic 880 treatment and now being Lyme-free is releasing metals which had heretofore always just left his system very hesitatingly. I want the glutathione as an added antioxidant protection. I treat the heavy metals with the Bionic 880 when they show up in my energetic testing.
All I can say is that my husband is doing beautifully -

info. below is copied from the first link's site as it took some work to find the ingredients.
The second site listed above is out of me as it contains EDTA and I've used other EDTA suppositories and had terrible experiences with increased startle seizures. IMO EDTA should be used only with expert medical advice. Mine was less than expert.
Others, though, may do fine with it. Just know that EDTA plays with metals in ways that I do not understand.

First, thanks for the websites of more affordable suppositories. I am thrilled with $60 a month as opposed to $120 a month for the IVs, but am always wanting to save as much as possible. I'm a little hesitant at this point to veer away from this particular suppository as it is working so well.
I wish my doctor sold them in a package that gave some information about my particular kind, but obviously she is selling them broken up from a larger set and no info comes with them. I am just trusting her.
Here is my experience after using 15 suppositories.
These are consistent results
-Minor joint pain disappears within 5 to 10 mins of insertion. This is without expelling anything and I cannot explain why the pain relief. I am not having any major pain so nothing to relate there.
-I can retain the suppository about 30 mins before urge to expel so I assume I am absorbing quite a bit.
-Next morning I awaken without pain which is called remission in the rheumatoid world. I am doing the suppositories every 3rd day for cost purposes. Dr said everyday is best but every 3rd day is acceptable.
-I am never constipated but seem to have even better bowel movements morning after use. No pain the entire day.
-I am sweating more but this was true before I began the suppositories. Even so, the sweat may be one way I am releasing toxins mobilized by the glutathione.
My consensus is that the suppositories are working and giving me total freedom from pain. I will continue to spend my dollars for these.
Please note, I am no scientist, just a sick patient.

In the Schaller Babesia book, he mentions sublingual glutathione lozenges as also being effective.

I get mine (glut+coffee xtract) scripted by LLMD and filled at Medaus Pharmacy; they ship them with ice packs.

How about Liposome-Enclosed Glutathione?
Someone here mentioned it & said it was good. I don't know. I haven't tried it.
