hi,

can someone recommend a good liquid mineral and liquid electrolyte?

I have an infrared sauna that I would like to use more, but I know I need to replenish minerals and electrolytes.

Source Naturals - Colloida Life Trace Minerals and Electrolytes.

I put one dropper (it actually is tasteless) in a glass of water and drink while in the sauna.

I have tried other liquid trace minerals but have found them to have a bitter taste - this one is clean tasting for whatever that's worth and from a good company (i have zero financial interest).
