I'm going to be starting Rifampin and Minocycline shortly. 300mg x 2 and 100mg x 2 respectively.

As a case of Lyme Disease, with probable BLO (perhaps Mycoplasma), and possible Babesia, which tests should be run?

Liver testing
Kidney Testing
Blood testing.

Which specific tests am I'm looking for on each of these? Are there extra tests such as blood coagulation or things I should be checking? I know other members often mention a lot of other tests, and since I'm getting these done, I may as well monitor the others.

I get a Complete Metabolic Panel [CMP], which has the works....liver, kidney, platelet count, etc. I'm not sure that you need much more than that.
