I just got my babesia comprehensive panel test back from igenex. All 4 tests were negative. I realize the Bb tests are not reliable but what about the Fish, PCR etc for babesiosis?

They have been negative but that doesn't mean anything. What bands came back positive? Post them here.

The results do not list anything other than negative. They did the PCR screen twice but I do not know why. Does babesia tests show bands. I thought just the lyme tests showed bands.

PT, did u have a Bb western blot done also? If so, what were the bands/results?
For co's, you may want to try a blood smear...

I had a Blot done in 04 by specialty lab and they didn't send anything other than test result neg. Bowen did a QRib and that was +, but everyone says Bowen is good. My blood smear for babesia was also + from BOwen. So go figure. I have so many lyme symptoms. I was just wondering about the reliability of the co tests?
