i figured with all my stomach and intestinal pain, i'd give it a shot so i ordered the ultimate colon cleanse.

you take 2 capsules in the morning, wait 20 minutes then do the fiber, then at night drink the hot tea.

don't know how fast it will work.

checked on web and they said "hoax" but i've also read that others have had great success.

so have you? any tips for me? i mean did you actually get all the gunk out? how long did it take before you saw all that stuff? did you feel better?

just want to know before i start panicking over something that's supposed to happen!! lol...

Hi Randi

Go Slow - work your way up to longer times-

Use Clean warm water -
the coffee thing dose work but not really necessary
but you should try at some point-
(No Cream or sugar )LOL

The higher you can put angle your body the deeper
it will go and work better-

Longer times are better than More water -

there is a second valve in your intestines
you want the water to go past that-
you can feel it happen - usually
take 5 minutes of so to get threw tho -

Try to relax - the more relaxed you are the better it works -

Really helped my health -Jay-

i'm sorry i guess i didn't make it clear. i'm not doing the enema thing, i'm doing the kit you order off the internet which is herbal/fiber colon cleanse.

i guess some people have used dr. natura's but this a bit different, called the ultimate cleanse, but basically the same thing.

The best colon cleanse is a hydrocolon cleanse. I would recommend doing one with someone who is experienced for your first time. Don't know if the oral intake ones really work or not.

randibear,

I think I have seen what you are talking about and I considered ordering it. Is it where they say you have this black stuff come out, that was lining the walls of the large intestine?

I couldn't tell myself if it was for real or not. I have no doubt black stuff comes out, and that the cleanse makes you feel better (because obviously it does cleanse the colon, how could so much fiber NOT cleanse the colon?), but I wasn't sure if it was all it's cracked up to be. Like, is that black stuff new, or old stuff that has been there for awhile?

But, I wasn't sure if it was overpriced. I decided instead to try to do it on my own......buy some natural powdered psyllium husk for fiber (make sure there are no artificial sweetners) and drink senna tea at night (Republic of Tea used to make one called "Get It Going").

Honestly, I don't know what to tell you about whether that product is worth the money or not. If you can afford it, it couldn't hurt.

The Ultimate Cleanse Really works Good-

If you are real Toxic you are going to have B O
and smell like a homeless guy and his 2
damp dogs- even worse-

When I worked at a health food store
it became store policy that you could
not do it and come to work for at least 3 days
usually 5 days-

I could not stand the smell I had while
doing it -I stunk BAD- most people do tho

Take several Good showers a day- use Good soap-

The old Hippie Doctor Broners soap(Spell?)
helps wash the crud off amazingly well

Drink as much as you can water - tea -

I have done the cleans 4 or 5 times-
I smell less each time-

The cleanse I talked about above post you should
do at some point in time -

It gets out things that pills will never get-
No fun but it dose work -Jay-
