I;m off abx since march. Doing cumanda and other supplements. Did samento for awhile.

In addition to my PMS, headaches getting worse, i've noticed more of a "need" to engage in muscle tics/jerks.

I am consciously aware of holding back my urges. but lately have been "thinking' that it would feel so good to just let it ride and twitch away.

Sometimes in private I will just relax for a minute or two and let them out.

I;m worried that it will become a "habit" and soon i won't be able to stop them.

I have a dr's appointment next week and will certainly talk to him about it-hes a good llmd.

Just wondering if others experience these "urges" and conscious control of the movements

Ever been treated for OCD? I have it and have definitely had this

experience (it's actually a classic symptom..) What you want to do

in this case is to let whatever your afraid of happen--you'll

subsequently realize how illogical your notions about it are, and

the anxiety associated with it will dissipate.

I have muscle twitches and jerks all the time. Sometimes I feel like I need to jerk and if I relax I will.

Most of my jerks are at night when I am trying to relax and watch TV. Sometimes when I move my head and arm it will jerk suddenly.

I hope you start to feel better.
