I'm wondering if I'm still missing something in my diagnosis. I had an IGeneX western blot done three years a go.

I was IGenex positive. IGG 30 IND, 31++, 34 IND, 39 IND, 41 ++, 45 IND, 58 IND, 66 +, IgM 18 IND, 30 +, 31 ++++, 34 IND, 39 IND, 41 +++, 45 +, 58 +, 66 IND, 93 IND.

I was wondering if I could have something other then Lyme. Maybe a virus or something. Is there anything that can cause a false positive on this test?

I've been on antibiotics for three years now with out much success. My CD57 was in the normal range this spring, but I did test positive to Bartonella. So maybe that's the problem.

I did do 30 days of Levaquin, but didn't have any improvement, so I stopped it.

It just seems like maybe I'm missing something. I had hoped for much more improvement then what I got.

So what is everyone else doing that aren't getting that much help from antibiotics?

Kathy

I have been 15 months chasing bart and still am.

I am on the 5th month of levaquin.

You need to take azithr( reaches bart in the skin) +Rifampin( bart in the blood) and DOXY-as antiiflamatory ( pulse flagyl)-bart cyst and take HH capsules to REALLY KILL IT Off compeltly ...look from HEPAPRO.com

than come back and tell us you are better .

If you have plain bart you need the above but if you deal with BLO than you need levaquin

So -you are lucky to deal just with BART!

Which test did you do and which bart came back positive.Was it HENSELAE or QUINTATA?

I had the Bart test done at Quest. I was positive for B. Henselae. I can't take any of the Macrolide antibiotics. I ended up in the hospital twice from severe heart palpitations from them.

I'm going to be starting Rifampin. I'm already on Doxycycline. Maybe this combo will help.

Thanks!
