ok, i've been on this colon cleanse a week now.
i've only had two very small bowel movements. this is highly unusual for me as i normally have diahhrea at least 3-4 times a day.
my stomach is gurgling like crazy and i still have crazy pains under my ribs.
i'm thinking this dang stuff doesn't work and i'll be sending it back.
no "kodak" moments here...and believe you me, i've been checking that toliet regularly!!!
i think maybe all those pictures are fake or something!!!!

Please do something to get your bowels moving. You may be reabsorbing toxins. You won't likely see anything coming out as long as you aren't having BM's.
Personally, I would take magnesium to get the bowels moving or even an enema if necessary.
Please don't wait.

Magnesium is a great suggestion. Also Vit C.
You keep increasing your dose until you get loose bowels, then you back up to the previous dose.
Both magnesium and Vit C are very good for you. Your bowels will tell you the right amount to be taking.

Milk of magnesia works wonders to loosen ya up!
If the colon cleanse you are taking is full of fiber you need extra water during the day, too.

Yes, if you're doing fiber increase the fluid intake.
What brand did you get??

Get some calcium ascorbate in powder form and drink until you go... and you will! I take up to 40 grams everyday for detox. Vit C is in my opinion, just as good as colonics also for viral and immune system.

Test your symptoms with Leaky Gut Syndrome. Besides constipation, do you have abdominal pain, bloating, burping, expelling gas and hickups, nausea? Read all the links of today....they offer alot of information and even gave me answers.

Randibear,
I can definitley sympathize since I have been one of those people that have always run on the constipation side even when healthy. So then putting all the antibiotics and other meds in there, often I would be so toxic I was sicker than I could imagine.
I tried so many colon cleanse products but personally had the best results with Colonixs. BUT remember no two people are alike.
My LLMD also had me on Magnesium and Vitamin C and anything to get things moving but we finally had to resort to seeing a nurse that does colonics.
That's sort of like a "professional enema" in that they put water in and then take it out and do it for about 45 minutes. Not fun, but I started feeling better once I could get that stuff out of there.
Good luck and keep us posted on how it goes.
