In another thread people discussed that you should not take CoQ10 with malarone?

Only nobody stated why this mix is bad.

Could someone fill me in as to why this is bad.

My LLMD did not tell me anything about the interactions.

Q10 should not be used while you are using the anti-Babesia drug atovaquone (Mepron, Malarone) because CoQ10 interferes with the action and absorbtion of this medication. You must also not take certain antibiotics with Malarone.
