Well, it's that time again.

My 6 year old is starting to show definitive bart symptoms as my daughter did at nine....stomach is a biggy... sticky eyes and rogue pains.

My daughter took doxy, rif, bactrim, zith and some quinilone, not Levaquin...can't remember.

However, son much younger and therapy more limiting.

What did your child take for bart, how old was your child, how long on it and did it resolve.

I know were all different. But any info helps. He was on Rif, zith and bactrim at two. I guess it didn't quite go away. I don't think he's been rebit. Symptoms have resurfaced, including new stomach issue.

I see doc J in December.

Thanks for any help.

Daughter # 1 (11 years old)
Infected in 2003 (6 years old), diagnosed in 2006
Amoxi for 9 months and then Rifampin + Zithro for the Bart.
It took a year to get rid of the Bart completely. She has been off all abx since March - 100% better.

Daughter #2 (9 years old)
Infected in 2006 (7 years old), Diagnosed in 2007
Amoxi for 8 months and then Rifampin + Zithro for Bart. She is in her 8th month of treatment and is 99% better.

Thanks Nancy.

I'm assuming amox was Lyme Adam.

My girls were on the amoxi for Lyme but after initial improvement, they started to lose all the ground they had gained.

All co-infection testing was negative. I convinced my doctor to try a combo for Bart as I was sure daughter #1 had it.

When daughter #2 started the same downhill slide after improving on the amoxi I asked the doctor to treat her for Bart as well. Her coinfection testing was negative as well.

My son was born with bart and lyme.

But got reinfected and got many other coinfections. He is 8 now and just finished the treatment 15 months on babesia. So now he is in rifampin , mino and biaxin. But he was on azithr , rifampin and mepron before.

So we are continuing on rifampin again and his bart is up to the roof. Was probably reinfected several times and has patterns from head to toe. Also he takes 2 HH capsules.

For the moment we are giving him Clorella and CMS as he has the genes that he can not detox at all.So we are going slowly on killing right now.We hope that we kicked BABESIA out for good.

Daughter 15 1/2 .bart henseale positive and lyme positive. Also a few ( hemobart /Blo/muco-whatever it is from FRY lab).

She is on Biaxin and plaquinil , 10 HH capsules and the doctor will add CIPRo for her next month.

She is herxing but preatty functioning .Not near as sick as I was ( near death) and not neuro as my son was also.

So she has LYME not neuroborreliosis as me and my son.We caught her early even thouugh sdhe was in denial test came back positive after the DIG track issues that she had in march. That made lyme comming out and tested positive while last year she was not positive.
