Wondering if y'all have found if Chi Machine treatment before bed helps with improved sleep?
One of the websites I read purported that helps with deeper more restful sleep.
Another website stated that 5 minutes on the Chi Machine works the lymphatic system with the equivalence of a 1 mile walk. Does that seem consistent to y'all?? I have noticed that it seems to make a noticeable difference whether or not one uses the little swivel disc that comes with this particular model. Other (more expensive) models didn't seem to offer that disc. In fact I am thinking maybe I should start out lower level without it to work up more gradual with it. It seems to make that much of a difference. More healthy individuals might not notice that much of a difference with it, but I sure did.
Since I am bedridden, I am truly hoping this machine will help to get my elimination systems working more efficiently. I am unable to walk or get any exercise other than very brief limited stretching which is better than nothing, but isn't substantially working my lymphatic system very much.

So far I have not noticed sleeping better but I will try and tune in to this and see if it does do that. I use mine when I wake up in the morning and then before dinner. I eat kind of late compared to most people.
I think it certainly does clear the lymph system and I do use the disc that comes with it. Sometimes I can even feel and hear my lymph moving while using it.
I think walking is important for those who can do it but I think using the chi machine actually moves the lymph even better then walking at least for me. I do walk too just not every day.
I think you are smart to start off slowly.
Gigi has been using hers much longer so she might have more to say about her experiences using one.
I definitely think using one is beneficial. I always look forward to using mine when I first wake up.

Can I ask where you got yours at and how much the price range is for these? I've been thinking about it for a while now.

Usually I use the Chi later in the day. simply because that fits better into my dayly activities. We use it hours after any metal detox aids - and also after using our Air Energy (singlet oxygen) -. This timing is also confirmed when I test my husband (or myself) with Biotensor -- lymphatic assist and Chi machine come at the end.
If I had the time, I would do it in the morning and in the evening. Most detoxification, gallbladder/liver, takes place in the middle of the night. Check the Organ Clock, gallbladder 11-1 AM; Liver 1AM to 3AM, etc. (If you keep waking up around that time, you can guess what causes it)
I do not use the swivel - it hurts my butt - but it is good for the waistline, I would think.
Use it as often as you can - Unloading the stirred up toxins is the best thing one can do. That subject is overlooked by many. You kill, kill, kill and then the dead debris and heavy metals keep moving about in the body and can't find their way out. Just like no oil-change of your car -- black smoke!
Take care.

Nessa, I got mine at the site recommended by Gigi and Angelica. I price shopped and the price at the webstores site is the absolutely most reasonable. It was $102 plus $10 off using the code Angelica provides, so $92 and free shipping! It arrived within about a week, so shipping was fast.
Other sites online, and I looked at many, Chi units were as high as $500, and is the reason I had not previously purchased one. So, I am very grateful to Gigi and Angelica for posting this reasonable source for it.
An additional benefit of the model through webstores is that it comes with a swivel disc that you put under your butt for extra movement. I agree with Gigi that it hurts your butt though. It is hard plastic. Gigi, what I did to help remedy that (though not entirely) is I use a double thickness of two microfiber cloths. It cushions it a bit.
Hopefully, this tool will help me to get things moving and enable to be able to walk for exercise. That's the goal anyway. Thanks for the help:)

Jam I think you will be walking again in no time.
I wear a thick cotton bathrobe when I use the round disc in the morning and then I can't feel it so it does not bother me.

Angelica, thanks! What a great idea about the thick robe! I didn't even think of that, and I have a very thick terry cotton robe that would be perfect. I'll try it with my treatment this afternoon.
I really think with the combination of the Chi Machine and the Foot Detox Bath that I will see some improvements eventually. At my last visit my LLMD said my lymphs, especially in neck, were very congested. In spite of getting weekly lymphatic drainage treatments, ugh. Clearly, I need something to boost things. He had me do the PEKANA Detox and Drainage kit, add Wobenzyme, Red Root, and the Foot Detox. Everything has been added in gradually to ensure I don't overload my system.
I am going to move my Chi Machine upstairs to a quiet spare bedroom. Everything I researched (beyond the shipping brochure) says it enhances results to use it in a quiet soft music environment. I have a perfect bedroom upstairs with a small stereo system.
I have been doing downstairs so I don't have to walk back upstairs once I come down for the day. But, hubby retired to take care of me, and if he is home when I do it, he can't seem to watch me wiggling on the floor machine and not have a joke comment which is fine but disrupts my concentration. The research material says to deep breathing and fully concentrate on your healing while doing it. So, I either move it upstairs or look for some duct tape for hubby Posts: 495 | From SF Bay area, CA | Registered: Dec 2007

I say put the sleep mask some literature says to use on hubby instead and then you can use your chi machine in peace.
The cat and dog may think I look funny using my chi machine but they are polite enough to pretend they don't.

Are you using your machine on a yoga mat? I think a yoga mat helps with making the round disc more comfortable.

Angelica, I have just been using it on top of a carpeting which seems to cushion it a bit.
I bent over wrong yesterday afternoon and pulled a muscle in my back so I am taking a brief break from it while my back settles. I might try it later today on the much lower setting as the gentle motion might even help to relax my back muscles. Not sure I has haven't tried it on the lower than normal settings.
