I was going to start this on Sunday at 6 per day between abx ( 3 and 3) and meals. I am going to see if it can bring down my inflamation ( neck and stomach) and if it makes my doxy more effective. I have hit a plateu with doxy
Calling all enzymes users, does that seem reasonable?

Great question! I was going to post a similar Wobenzym doseage question.
Last week, my LLMD started me on 30 tablets a day (15 twice a day). Since that daily dose seems so high, I want to make sure I didn't misunderstand his instructions.
Is anyone else on this high a dose?
At this rate, I'll be spending over $200/month on Wobenzym, which is worth it for my health. But I obviously want to make sure I'm not taking too much both for my health and for my finances.
Thanks for your help!

I worked up to 12 tablets, first thing when I wake. That's the only time my stomach is empty.
I tried taking more, but I bled too easily, so I went back to 12.
If you take the enzymes with food in the stomach, the protective coating dissolves, and the enzymes work as digestive enzymes.

p.s. Vitacost and Vitamin Shoppe have Wobenzyme, $85 for bottle of 800 tablets. If you find a better price than that, please let me know.
