OK, I searched for you, and HH is Houttuynia, used for Bart. Made by Zhang, this Chinese herb is recommended by Dr S in Fla and others.
Partial Zhang Protocol:
"HH Capsule - 1 three times daily. From Houttuynia cordata. Broad anti-microbial activity, also anti-inflammatory and immune enhancing."

You can do a search here and find several threads about it from the past 6 months.
The two doctors mentioned below have much different suggestions about dosage, so you would have to carefully read as much as you can and then discuss it with your doctor.
The two doctors may use it for different purposes, so don't assume that what one writes is the same for the other .
--
Dr. Schaller, in one of his books, is said to suggest it for bartonella. I am not sure which book, however.
--
HH is just one brand of Houttuynia by Hepapro and described in the book listed below by Dr. Zhang. You can see the book & web sites for specifics.
Houttuynia is only PART of a protocol and not a stand-alone supplement. It will not work alone for purposes of tick-borne disease but works WITH the combination.
Not to be taken outside of the recommendations here without first talking with your doctor.
