I'm using enula for killing some parasites. I know that Cowdens protocol used Enula for killing babs (I believe). However if you're just killing parasites do you have to still take it 12.5 days on and 3 days off?

But the breaks may be because of the herbs effects on the body not because of what it's treating. That would be my guess since you don't generally pulse babs meds.

Why not ask someone at Nutramedix?
I was doing the full Cowden but I couldn't take too much of the ENULA. It caused me to purge from my bowels too much. I reduced the dosage while I was on the protocol. It is a purgative.
Maybe look at the protocol posted on the Nutramedix site? I don't think it was on & off. I did the full protocol for 3 months & it was listed on the protocol to take it every day.
I think there was a break of 1 or 2 days off every couple of weeks but I don't recall off hand. I'd have to look it up on the print out.

Thx sparkle ontop of your game as ever I see. The protocol schedule.pdf uses it for 12 days on sometime 12 1/2 and 1 day only off. Hmm. Which one should I do?

I don't think I have parasites or significant co-infections. I figured I'd take it anyway since it was on the protocol.
It just makes you crap your brains out... sorry if this is too graphic.
This was my experience of it. A purgative can be useful, though. Keeps any toxins moving out.

It seems to be working well for my teenage daughter, and an unexpected extra side benefit was that her remaining acne seemed to clear during its' use. Also, I do suspect that it does have other anti-parasitic effects based on some of my own die-off reactions (I was not using it for babs in my case).

My doctor gave this to me this month, and didn't say anything about breaks. She gave it to me for the babs part of my problems, I think.
