Most LLMD's would treat with those results. Especially if you are sick and symptomatic.
Plus, you were positive for Mycoplasma....Are they not going to treat that?
Sheesh,

Lyme is a clinical diagnosis supported by tests. If you are symptomatic, I would find an LLMD who will work with you until you have a diagnosis even if the diagnosis is not Lyme!
That IND on band 39 is important. My daughter was given a trial run of abx based on an IND on a Lyme specific band. The reaction to abx ended up confirming diagnosis.
That test is technically negative, so that LLMD is correct. Did he say he wasn't going to treat you?

"There are nine known Borrelia burgdorferi genus specie specific KDA Western Blot antibodies (bands): 18 23 30 31 34 37 39 83 and 93.
ONLY ONE of these Borrelia burgdorferi genus specie specific bands is needed to confirm that there is serological evidence of exposure to the Borrelia burgdorferi spirochete and can confirm a clinical diagnosis of Lyme disease."
