I recently saw an LLMD who perscribed cefdinir 300 mg bid and zithromax 250 bid.
She also wants me to take several supplements: basic daily vitamin, CQH60CoQH-CF, EFA Plus, WOBENWobenzym, and probitocs.
My question is: has anyone come up with a good schedule of what to take when?
I feel overwhelmed with info right now and need to make a schedule for myself I think since my brain is slow right now.
I read you shouldn't have calcium or probiotics within 2 hours of abx.
I also think my daily vitamin might have iron which I know can interact with abx.
Both of my abx say I can take with or without food. Should I take them at the same time?

You might ask if your doctor has a print-out with scheduled times for supplements - or a particular book to recommend.

This book, by an ILADS member LLMD, has a lot of good information and will answer many questions about supplements and medicines:
