Hi - Aftering reading Rossner's book 'The Ten Best LD Treatments' I am interested in building Benecar into my regemin. Can anyone share any testimonies on it? I know my LLMD has treated many people on the MP guidelines, so I think she may be open to integrating it. Thanks!

yes, i take benicar as part of my therapy. My dose is very low, UNLIKE the MP -- I take 5 mg a day,
and it did bring my blood pressure way down, which for me is bad.
it has helped immensely with migraine pain and frequency. also makes me sleepy. been on it seven months.
For me, it is an effective part of my therapy -- nothing else helped with migraines. it really must be bringing the inflammation down.

I tried benicar - a tiny amount as a test run - and did horribly.
Severe vertigo and, within a few days what appeared to be a severe kidney attack.
