Schaller suggested that the current dose on the mepron & zith regimen is not strong enough, correct?

I think he said something like 9 weeks of a higher dose would cure babesia. Does anyone have an idea what the specific dosage he suggests is?

This would have to depend what you and your LLMD would decide upon....

All of us are somewhat different...and our level of infection or infecting pathogens are different....

So, what works for me might not work for you...and

Whatever I could withstand may be either WAY TOO much for one person and then again...

not enough for someone else!

Yes, yes, I would discuss with my llmd, but he had to have recommended a basic dosage vs body weight to account for the "new standard," and this is what I am looking to find out, so I can ask my llmd about it.

Does anybody know? [confused]

I can tell you that I've done double dose 2tsp twice a day for nine months and i'm nowhere near cured.
