I Don't know of any good cleanses either but I am empathetic I have gained 30 lbs since October 2007 and have changed nothing to warrant the weight gain it is frustrating. I am trying to eat good but nothing seems to be working to get this weight off.
As far as execerise goes forget it, I'm lucky I get out of bed in the morning.
Good luck, I'm sure someone else will have some good tips I'll be checking back to see for myself what suggestions people have.

Are you supplementing magnesium? Many of us are low in mag and it does help loosen up the bowels. I take 1200 mg per day.
