Is it just me? The whites seem tinged with gray and they are blood-shot all the time. I thought it was my contacts and changed them out, but it's been a couple of days - still blood-shot. It looks terrible. Anyone else? Peedie

I had that a long time. I think the whites of my eyes are starting to look a little better. It's only taken 3+ years...treating for Lyme, Bart and Babs.

That's a Bartonella symptom. Dry, burning, painful eyes, blood shot often, etc.

The whites of my eyes just started looking a little better recently...it's only taken about 3+ years of treatment to get there.
I think the color is a reflection that you're not well, i.e., you're suffering from some chronic illness. In our case, Lyme dz.

Bartonella it is....my hubby had blood shot eyes for about ten years; even saw a top notch specialist at Mass Eye and Ear, who incidentally put him on Doxy 200 mg a day long term to treat this "rosacea."
With Bart treatment, now I can see the whites of his eyes. When he was working, between the bloodshot eyes, fatigue, and brain fog...can you spell "DRUG TEST?"

Bloodshot, irritated eyes are also indicative of alot of endotoxin in your system...like from a bacterial die-off.

I really don't know what to make of it - I tested negative for Babes and Bart from IGeneX.

There were days when the whites of my eyes were red. It would only be for a day at a time then disappear. Karen
