The last couple of days have been really rough this happens once a month or so and was one of my original symptoms.
It feels like the room is moving and when I walk I feel like someone is pushing me from behind.
Yesterday I went outside to get some air (was at work) and all of the sudden my eyes went blurry and I felt like I was going to collapse but I didn't. I went back up to the office on the 10th floor and felt really shaky and my heart started to race.
Panic I guess I took a valuim and eventually chilled but my head still doesn't feel right I still have a feeling of being slightly off.
This has happened before and I feel like this is it, I'm going to die ugh its horrible. Anybody have this? Any reasons you can think of why it gets really bad a few days a month?
Nothing has changed same abx same supplements, etc, etc.
Omnicef 300mg twice a day, and support supplements, primrose oil, efa, milk thistle, OLE, Probiotics,V-D, V B-12 oral dots, shots once a month and metanx (deficient), Multi-V, Digestive Enzyemes etc.
Thanks all.

You described this feeling very well. and YES, I have the same thing. It is really quite terrifying sometimes. Wish I knew what is causing it and how to stop it. It has been one of my most bothersome symptoms as of late.

I'm glad to have someone understand but I'm sorry you feel this way.
Al ,
Interesting information I did a search and wow that could explain it. I went to a cardiologist and he said your fine, so it may be time to go to a different one. Does NHM happen all the time? or can it come and go? I didn't see the answer to that anywhere and this only happens sometimes to me.

Yes, I have this and actually just did a minute ago. Vertigo.... it's awful!
Lightheaded and woozy and off balance... have that too.
