i still have the upper right pain and it stays right now about 4-5 on a scale of 10. last night was very bad. dumb me, ate at mcdonalds...

the pain usually starts 7-8 hours after eating and it's right under that right rib and around to the side.

one doctor several years ago put me on pancrease which is a prescription digestive enzyme and it seemed to help a lot. i should have asked for it at the last llmd appointment but i wasn't thinking clearly.

doc has taken blood. my gallbladder was out in about 97. my stomach is gurgling and making all kinds of wierd monster noises.

have had diahhrea at least 3 times today.

man, i hope it's not that pancreas although one doctor suggested it. i've had all tests except the ercp.

do you take any digestive aids?

maybe liver? it just makes you want to double over...eating is out....what a way to loose weight!!!

I just started taking some yesterday. I just wanted to take plain old Bromelain but could not find any without magnesium stearate in it when I was at the health food store so I bought some really over priced enzymes by Bio Life. So far I have not noticed much from them.

I thought Bromelain might help my spleen area discomfort and still want to find just some plain Bromelain in a higher dose then the Bio Life combo.

Can you try castor oil packs Randi or get a lymphatic massage?

I hope you start to feel better. Don't eat any fried food.

Digestive enzymes burn my stomach. Ugh. and I know I need them.

It's probably that you can't digest fats. The closer you follow a low fat diet, the better you'll feel.

I take pancreatin which really helps me digest food (I wasn't able to do that the first 2 months of illness). Also take DGL to help with stomach acid pain. And liver support supplement. Hope this helps . . .

Perhaps it is related to an unhealthy or fatty liver and gall bladder?

Save your gall bladder. Check out the Hulda Clark cleanse, which is like putting your liver through the car wash. All you need is epsom salts, grapefruit juice and olive oil. I've done it twice, and got rid of MANY stones. The larger ones were one inch long and 1/2 wide.

I'll be doing it again soon. It is SO important to help you liver run clean and efficient.

i wish i could do those things. anything with oils like cleanses set off on of those attacks.

i even tried colon cleanses and can't do those.

don't have a gallbladder.

i was taking coconut oil to help with yeast and had to stop that too.

seems any oils make me really sick....and fats too...

I started Wobenzymes ( 6 per day) without food. My headaches and my right side stomach pain have reduced considerably. In fact, almost gone.

I plan to continue to take it for the next few months and see if the improvement is sustainable

Tony, Glad you are doing well on the Wobenzym. You might want to increase doseage to see if you get even more improvement.

My LLMD has me on 15 tablets 2x a day! It is expensive, but worth is if it is working.

I can't see any difference yet...but I am also still loaded with toxins, which my LLMD says is causing my severe fatigue and hindering my improvement. Hopefully the Wobenzym along with the other stuff I'm doing will help me too.

Ox bile is meant to be good.

Super enzymes NOW Brand has ox bile in it and well as the Pancreatin.

I think it was around 15 bucks for a bottle of 180 on iherb.

I started taking Vasuzyme two weeks ago. Ive got more nausea then before, but cant tell if its from the enzymes, or from the upped abx, or from the oregano oil..or everything together.

I just added olive leaf extract yesterday...and Im curious to see how that goes.

Funny how before I saw a LLMD I wasnt taking anything...now suddenly Im on 3 abx and 11 supplements.

So long as it works, its all good I guess...
