I have a stiff face and it is hard to hold a smile. This is bothering me greatly because I am known for always smiling and I want to show that I'm happy.
What could be causing this and what can I do to get rid of this?
I would really appreciate suggestions.

Hi, I know exactly how you feel. My face was numb when I pinched my cheeks and the bones in my face hurt so badly when I slept on my stomach. Some of that is going away now, but it is just from the Lyme. Sorry, it is an awful symptom along with the 30 other terrible ones.

My husband cheeks were stiff and his expression was off for about a year and a half. With treatment, he's about 99% better.
