I don't know if chlorella counts as detox, but I feel it has helped me.
If nothing else, it has my digestive tract running better than in years, including getting rid of the constant bloating I've had for a long time. I've lost almost 10 lbs in 3 months, and think it was mostly from my belly and rest of my digestive tract.
I'm pretty sure the chlorella is at least partially responsible.

Hi! I just started a liver detox vitamin and a probiotic. They both seem to help a little bit. Jenny

Our daughter has experienced excellent detox results with colonics.
We had to try 3 or 4 before we found one that didn't want to add some other "cure" for Lyme, but current Hydrotherapist is excellent.

I've been using a tensor and letting it direct detox as what I'm taken when and how much. So here goes:
Glutathione is essential in my estimation for effective detoxification. There is a product guaranteeing to increase the bioavailability of glutathione in the body called maxgxl, they got lots of info. and a test to determine your level. The best value for increasing it is probably getting glutathione in powdered form and creating suppositories adding a bit of coffee to it as well. The coffee stimulates the liver to increase glutathione throughout in the body just like a coffee enema, but is more effective. The next is probably sublingually using glutathione lozenges. Or buying glutathione tablets and opening the pill in the mouth letting the mouth absorb it into the body. Finally, non-denatured whey which has all the precursors to create glutathione depending on the health and functioning of the liver.
MSM works in concert with the body to increase glutathione as well as stimulating enzymatic activity for cells to shed toxins. MSM is a sulphur and our bodies with age or chronic illness depleted of it.
chlorella for binding.
For some reason, I found a recipe that works well for me, 2 large lemon peeled leaving as much of the rind as possible put into a blender. 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon raw honey. blended with filtered water into a creamy consistency. I put it into two glass bottles and refridgerate and drink in between breakfast and lunch, then in between lunch and dinner. Helps the liver big time.
Lots of fish oil.
apple pectin and activated charcoal.
LED light technology and Far infrared saunas (depending on level of toxicity). If you have brain fog, don't use the sauna wait until you are less toxic.
Make sure of minerals, a tensor can help determine which ones need to be supplemented.
I'm also doing a cleanse at the same time.
I've been doing this protocol for about a little over a week. Almost done! Result so far, well lots more energy for sure.

Gemofnj,
Check the "Inactive Ingredients" on the Sugar Free Citrucel.....there is probably either Aspartame or Saccharin (sodium saccharin) in it. I used to take Sugar Free Metamucil until I had the "light bulb" moment when I realized something must be sweetening it, so then I checked the label and it was there in the fine print.
You may want to get something more natural from the health food store, because these artificial sweeteners can be bad for Lymies (and everyone!) I take Fiber Harmony by Organic India.
Also, your mailbox is full!!!!!!
