I found this book to be very useful. Thanks to everyone for the recommendations. I ordered it on Amazon. I read the whole book in 3 hrs tonight, [Smile] It's got a wealth of information.

Now to my medical question: How many of you have found the author's diet recommendations to be extremely helpful? Moderately helpful? Useless, etc?

I was wondering this too. I wish I could help, but gave up after about 3 days on the diet. Couldn't live on fish, rice, and veggies. I love cheese too much! A long time ago I eliminated wheat and refined sugars from my diet though, and that did seem to help.

Hoping someone can answer... this is a good question.

I just finished reading the book this weekend. I think I'm going to try the diet.

I am going to start tomorrow!

I'll let you know how it turns out.
