There is a young mom in our RI support group that has lyme and does not have insurance. She needs to get back to the doctor she is seeing and needs to resume meds, but she cannot afford treatment.
Does anyone have suggestions as to where she can turn to for help?

Most LLMDs don't accept insurance. To get normal lab tests covered she should get some form of insurance - even medicaid if she is eligible. But, without more information about her financial status it's tough to give a good answer.
