We will soon be unable to continue my son's IV Rocephin supplied by Coram at $65 for 2 grams, premixed. I could mix it myself, but need a contact for alternate supplier.
Does anybody have phone #, website, etc. of a supplier I can get the necessary supplies for less than $765/week?
I looked under the Generic Rocephin available site, but could not find where anybody posted contact info.

Wow that's so expensive, $700/week? We need to take out a loan or something. If they had cheap i.v. Rocephin, I would do it again in a heartbeat.
I made my only progress with that. I hope someone has answer for you, it sucks that the one thing I felt that was my key to getting better is the one thing that I can not afford. We definitely don't have an extra $2000 laying around a month. If I sold my car to do it, I would only probably get 5 months out of it. Not sure if it would be worth it.
Good luck.

You don't seem to have your private message system enabled. I suggest that you do that.
Also, it is frequently a matter of calling around and getting a better price. Support groups often have this info for your area.

You are paying less for Rocephin than I did! So, I guess my old supplier will only make things worse for you...Ughh. I paid around $1,000/week, for over 6 months....and I'm still on other IV Abx.

ROCEPHIN BY Roche 2GMS is sold in spain for 17 euro's and comes with the water to mix it yet in the UK it is 28.00 (35 Euro's) and does not come with the water to mix - its disgusting how different countries can sell the same product for such different prices
I know that is not a solution for your son but that works out out $21.00 per 2gms so how can the USA charge such high prices??

Thanks for all the responses. I did find a supplier who charges $20.63/vial (2 grams)!!!
Option Care is able to supply us - their per diem is more expensive, but since we are private pay they are able to adjust that amt.
I couldn't believe the difference in the cost, so asked them to double check for me. They veried that was their list price. I'm waiting for the invoice just to be sure it's for real.
I'll pop back after I know for sure to let you know, in case you have Option Care in your neighborhood.

Sam's Club quoted me a price of $95.54/10 2 gram vials. That's $9.55 per vial. Karen

I would assume that it would be any Sam's Club. I think that one of the reason's their prices are so good is that they buy is such bulk. Karen

There are really cheap places out there. Really cheap. You just need to know where to look. And, if you can save a lot of money by mixing it yourself. I actually "obtained" all of my mixing items (saline, syringes, chloraprep, alcohol pads, bandages...etc) from a hospital for free. Then just get the generic ceftriaxone online for cheap. PM me if you want info.
