I freak out about everything, but this one hurts so much i screamed.

i just had sudden pain in upper abdomen, middle, like right between the bottom of the rib cage..anyone out there ever get this in conjunction with lyme?

Yes. If I were you, I would talk with your LLMD. If you don't have one, look / post in seeking a doctor.

It was one of my first serious symptoms. I'd experience this once every 3 months or so, and I eventually woke up one morning, and it didn't stop and become intermittent again until I received treatment. I almost never experience this now.
