Hi Shelly, this was one of my first symptoms, and the one that still is the most troubling for

me. In addition to what you're doing, I have found an orthopaedic massage therapist who I

love. I have also just recently begun applying Kinesio tape. If you Google this, you will find

lots of good things. I have had some improvement in just 2 1/2 mos. of ABX, though it

still bothers me, every day. I hope you feel
better soon.

Christina

Plain old Ben Gay helps me! Have you noticed a pattern with this pain and weakness? Do you have any spinal problems? Have you had any MRI's or EMG's or nerve conduction tests? Is Lyme treatment helping, or could there be another cause?

Be careful with massage, exercise, PT etc. You may need to find special practitioners who are gentle but effective.
