I don't know anything about the products being marketed on this site, but I thought the chart was helpful.
There are quite a few medications taken in Lyme treatment that are listed as causing specific deficiencies.

Also important to note that heavy supplementation of one B-vitamin can mask symptoms of deficiency for another.
