I already posted on vitamins several hours ago, but thought that some of you may have done research to find out which brands are cleanest for things such as:

CoQ10
Potassium
Magnesium
Vitamins
Minerals
Calcium

I am hoping that the members mark vitamins are good ones as I want to get some of their potassium, vit e and maybe co q10... Anyone have any experience or knowledge on MM brand?

Among the other things we shoudl be taking.

I took the some samples of the the alive vitamin and I'm pretty sure that it gave me more energy. I bought a small bottle of it to see if it really did give me a boost...

Sorry if I'm being redundant... Really hoping to hear something soon.

Thanks and God Bless!

By the way. The nurse at the clinic I am treated at found a massive list with vitamins, etc with lead. Many of them were childrens vitamins that you would think are clean..

The childrens brand Emergen-C has lead! There were some garden of life and many other top brands that shocked me.

The problem any company has with making a pure supplement is they very often have to buy their raw materials from other companies and sometimes what they receive from the other companies is not pure. Even respected companies like Source Naturals have had this problem in the past.
