detoxing and frequent question a lot of people have had I've searched this site and read countlessly on different methods to use to detox.

I can't do epsom salt baths due to bart and I try and drink as much lemon water as possible.

im pretty sure im herxing like crazy because I feel pretty crappy. what do you think is best?

my llmd said the only way to truly detox is a dry sauna get your body temp to 102 degree I don't think I can handle that so. . .

coffee enema? hot bath? massage?

have increased anxiety as part of herx will the coffee make me worse?

Thank you all for tolerating my many questions!

Coffee Enema will make you feel the best instantly.

The caffiene effect is only very mild and shouldn't affect your anxiety.

I am thinking she is referring to magnesium from epsom salts being absorbed into the body and apparently Bart feeds on magnesium.

I still take magnesium as my body needs it too. If I stop taking magnesium the bacteria is still there anyway.

Can you buy a rebounder at sporting goods store?

Research the effects of rebounding on lymph drainage.
