Hi Kat, I believe most doctors, MD's or infectious disease doctors can test for it. I have been tested twice during routing testing for lyme (in the beginning)once before I had an LLMD. Im not sure if the antibodies can stay in your system for life like mono.

My blood was tested for antibodies. They found 'em.
