YES - I have had lyme/bartonella for 11 years and my main symptom is bladder pain. My doctor told me lyme "causes interstitial cystitis." And many women who have been diagnosed with interstitial cystitis (chronic bladder pain), like I was, are now coming up positive for bartonella and/or lyme.
Is it the bart causing the pain or the lyme? I don't know. I had the bullseye rash 11 years ago and went undiagnosed for 10 years. My lyme tests come up negative but I came up positive for bartonella on the Fry test last year. My new lyme doctor told me based on symptoms that he is sure that I also have lyme.
As far as headaches, I also get those but not daily. The bladder pain is daily though....
I hope this helps....
