The good news is that I officially stopped antibiotics nine days ago!

The not-so-good news is that since then, I have been having pretty bad insomnia.

I fall asleep ok, but I usually wake up between 2 - 4 am and cannot fall back asleep at all. I am wide awake, and nothing I take seems to get me back to sleep. Some nights, I'm getting just 3 hours of sleep. I'm thinking that maybe my cortisol levels are out of whack. Either that, or I'm already relapsing. [Frown]

I had this same problem early on in my treatment. I was miserable for a while, but then it seemed to just resolve itself on its own.

I'm thinking about trying holy basil to see if it helps. Has anyone tried it? How much/how often/what time of day do you take it? How long until you started to notice results (if any)? I checked out the previous thread on this topic, but I was hoping for more feedback.

Thanks!
