Do you substitute the enula for the cumanda/quina, or take it by itself? I'm on the limited protocol-can't find any info. Thanks

The Enula is taken in addition to Cumanda/Quina/Banderol.
Typically you begin with Cumanda, Enula and Samento. You need to build up on the Cumanda and Samento but can take the full dose of Enula right away.
Month four you rotate in Quina or Banderol.
I have attached a link to all the Nutramedix Protocols. Lyme is on page 12, I believe.
I hope this helps!

Enula was more of a purgative for me. The Cumanda/Quina are more like herbal abx.
This was my experience. It's very strong for me so I reduced the dosage. It can cause diarrhea.
I don't think I have the co-infections. I kept using it but the full dosage was too much for me.
