A good reminder for all. Thanks for the kick in the pants. I will go get some water now...

Good one! Good also to keep in mind that dehydration can be caused by low cortisol levels.
When the adrenals are underfunctioning, we tend to dump water and salt. When that's the case, we need to replace both.

Good point bejoy.
I think this Dr Lam suggests using some salt as well. Salt is very important for the adrenals and also a natural bacteriocide. Sea salt of course.

Yeah... I saw this army guy on TV & he was saying that you really need to drink a gallon a day! Anything less than that & you are dehydrated...
That's 8 cups a day!

I've gone back to my beloved coffee because of the fatigue , but of course coffee is a diuretic, so I need to be drinking more water.
And my low back has been hurting for weeks!!!

I always have water next to me and yet I still imagine I don't drink as much as I'm suppose to.
Hey, maybe I don't even have lyme and just extremely dyhyrdrated. Ok, Ok, can't go to THAT extreme.
But yes, GREAT advice and will keep the water going.

I went to a crazy energy worker who did not believe in Lyme disease. I would never return to see him again but he did teach me that it is really important to drink 3 tall glasses of water as soon as you wake up before you do anything else.
I went to a yoga class that was probably too hard for me last night and all the students were sweating by the end of the class. The teacher reminded us all to go home and drink plenty of water.
